Harmony Golf Preserve (Harmony, FL)             2011                                                                                             19th Hole Staff Ranking: Three Golf Balls (Birdie)

During our staff mid-winter's trip to Orlando, FL, we decided to hop in our rental car and take an excursion down to Harmony, FL - home of Harmony Golf Preserve.  This Johnny Miller designed track can be an exceptional golf course after it gets a little more attention and maintenance (according to Florida locales, the sour economy in 2010/2011 took its toll on a multitude of Orlando-area courses).  Nevertheless, our staff found it to still be a great experience with nearly zero signs of urban sprawl as its located within a true nature preserve.

The 19th hole near the course, The Harmony Town Tavern, was also a great experience with a very attentive staff and plenty of room to stretch your legs after a round of golf.  As for the food, the menu says it all as we found the "Almost Cat Lake Catfish" (a 3/4 lb. appetizer of locally caught catfish) and Baby Back Ribs to be HOME RUNS.  Plus, thanks to an adjoining game room, our staff even took in a last-minute "foosball game" in order to settle our earlier match play tie.

Important Notes:  Tuesdays - Enjoy $3 Margaritas; Saturday and Sundays - $10 Beer Buckets
